TF House is a renovation for a semi-retired couple that reimagines an existing residence for multi-generational family living. Rather than an indiscriminate expansion, the intervention reorganises the home around evolving patterns of occupation, balancing generous communal spaces with areas of privacy and retreat.

A rear extension accommodates new service and kitchen spaces, together with a helper’s room, freeing the principal living areas to remain open and connected to the garden. The upper floor is reconfigured to include a generous master suite, two family bedrooms and a foyer that integrates a study, improving both functionality and circulation throughout the home.
